The NASCAR National Whelen All-American Series Awards Banquet will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center-Crown Ballroom at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on December 9-10, 2011. All of us at Raceway Park would like to congratulate Chad Walen and his family as they enjoy all the festivities that will be provided by the NASCAR as he celebrates his track Championship.

NASCAR in conjunction with Raceway Park is proud to say that 33 trees have been donated and planted at 3100 Trush Street in Shakopee. Raceway Park would like to thank Lauren Wescoat with NASCAR, Jamie Polley with the City of Shakopee and Ryan Bartz of Rum River tree farms for their assistance in making NASCARS tree planting program a huge success.

All Raceway Park members have the option to store a tow vehicle, trailer and car from now until April 15, 2012 for $125.00. If you have a car currently at RWP and have not filled out a storage form please contact the racing office ASAP as we are scrapping out all unwanted or unknown cars.

New for the 2012 - racing season Spectator Drags competitors will no longer have to purchase a pit pass. All competitors will be required to purchase a general admission ticket and sign a waiver at the ¼ mile saloon.
